1. How to get samples from us?
Please inform us your courier account, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc．
If you have no courier account, please click here to login:
　　www.dhl.com
　　www.fedex.com
　　www.ups.com
　　www.tnt.com
Samples are free for customers, and freight collect．

2. How to place an order with us?
Visit our homepage at www.shinein.com.tw and select for specify items number what you interested in. We will give you prompt reply after receiving your inquiry ．

3. What is our trade term ?
For battery pack product, it is FOB Taiwan.
For other product, it is FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen or HongKong.

4. What is our payment term ?
By T/T in advance. or L/C at sight .

5. How to OEM/ODM with us?
Customer only need to provide us your idea / some rough original material like company logo and let us know your requirements, then we will do all left things.
